Visiting Masterpave’s site at Jalan Cheras, visitors will see quite a number of concrete cement mixer trucks, and the majority of them are Dongfeng.
Dongfeng Concrete Mixer Fuels Materpave’s MRT Construction Project
“Our relationship with Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Malaysia Sdn Bhd (DCVM) began early January 2018 when our parent company, the Gamuda Group, purchased a fleet of Dongfeng T-Lift 375 cement mixer trucks for us. All these units are currently in operation and are being used in our MRT construction project,” said Assistant Manager – Plant Mohd Azizi Mohd Zaini.
According to Mr. Zaini, references from other construction companies such as IJM are the key deciding factor for the Group to invest in Dongfeng. “It has indeed been the right decision. The Dongfeng concrete mixer truck is a true workhorse, – both powerful and durable. Our fleet of Dongfeng concrete mixer trucks has been in use for two and half years now, and they have been running 24/7 without any engine overheating issues.”
